- Protect access credentials; implement MFA and role-based permissions for your team.
- Use messaging features in accordance with applicable consent, spam, and fair housing laws.
- Respect third-party rights and do not upload content you do not have permission to share.
Payments & billing
- Payments are processed by compliant providers; fees and payout timing may vary.
- Chargebacks, refunds, and taxes are your responsibility and may affect settlement.
- Reporting dashboards depend on the accuracy of connected accounts and data imports.
Liability & uptime
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Critical actions (payments, maintenance, messaging) should be verified in your records.
- Service is provided as-is; indirect or consequential damages are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
